i thought i saw you.

10th September 2008 , Wednesday.


Today as usual work at starhub.
from 9 to 6.30.

Meet up with marcus , jeanette and melissa at buona vista mrt.
We thought we are gonna be late cos when we board the bus 91 its already 8.43 le.
And we have to login into the system and pick up the first call before 9am.

Luckily , lady luck is on our side. we alighted the bus at 8.54am
and chiong to the office and reached there at 8.56am.
Enough time for me to settle down and pick up the first call of the day. haha.

I pray hard when the first call came , hoping that it will be a short and sweet one.
And it was XDD.

However for today , most of the calls that i received today lasted me for around 30 mins per call.
When we have to hit at least 9 calls per hour.. so its pressurising.

I learn alot today though about the system and also communication skills.
And i seriously have to say... there is no link between DJ and customer service.
Maybe i am able to speak out more now but there is no link..
Cos dj is friendly type where we dun really care about the words we use..
But customer service , we have to be aware with our choice of words..
normally when i dj , i like to use the word " u guys " and " i think "
and it will be inappropriate to use it for customer care consultants..

Sent for training again today for a couple of hours about the system when i just figured how to use it le after many scoldings and suaning from my team leader.
But seriously , without her , i dun think i will learn much too.
so i am grateful to her actually ^^

Tomorrow gonna work though its my off day.
for what? for.. $ lo XD


Thank god for today man , never receive complain calls today.

Despite all the fun, I admit I am homesick. A common cycle one will go through in a different environment '4H': Honeymoon-Homesick-Hate-Homesweethome. Missing my mum alot. We had once upon a time...

Once upon a time, There was a village where some humans are equipped with wings and unfortunately some do not. There was an ordinary little boy who is one of the unfortunate ones without the wings, he was playing in the backyard of his village, he was running around with butterflies. Decision.

A dream that may turn into reality. Nothing much today, Same old routine at home. However, another big decision i have to make. About the Singapore Youth Flying Club. It all started with my friend, shawn. I have not played habbo for sometime, around two months. Also, i have not keep in touch with my habbo friends, whatevers clique since January until last week. But due to my curiosity i went back to habbosoup to help and engage myself in habbo everyday for at least 10 mins per day. Then, on saturday, 4th April, i happen to met one of my friend in the whatevers clique, shawn. He suddenly talked about PPL. Then engaged me to know more about it. He then told me SYFC - Singapore Youth Flying Club, that he is going there to apply for flying application. After he said that, i recalled 2 years back, my maths tuition teacher did told me about the youth flying club and urged me to join.
