103 calls. 12.12 calls per hour!

Wee I am happy!~
I first time set my call records of 103 calls today!
in 8 and 1/2 hours , 510 mins , 30600seconds.
LOL.

I was determined to chiong and pass my call stats today.
I jus wanted to have like 10 calls per hour only ,
but i was very fortunate that at the early period of the day , there wasnt many irritating and difficult customers to deal with.
But still , its inevitable that there will be some difficult customers who purposely pick on u and request for a $2.50 refund through cheque -_-"

I am also quite blessed to work in this line.
I am able to see how different people in this world is like especially when they are not in face to face situation.
And also another path to train my temper.
I admit that i am inpatient often so this will be a good way to train my patience.

I will be working everyday this week including my 2 days off too. I requested from sandy and she allowed , i thought she will just give me a bao jin tian face and reject me but i guess my call stats moved her today. lol.

I am tired..
Please , lesser dispute calls for me.

Dream, Episode 1.

Words as honourable as it is sometimes may not be the actual truth of what we think subconciously, but dream does reflect the honest feeling of how we are feeling about ourselves and life. Last night, I had a dream on elevator. I was in it with my sister, we were taking it back to our storey.. However the elevator did not get us on to the indicated floor which we wanted and even got us over the limit of the building of 25th floor. The block was having construction on lift as it is increasing the level of storeys hence the elevator eventually reach on to the wrong floor at 40+ floor. After then, we were stuck there for awhile, panicing if we have to get out of the elevator and slowly climb the ladder down. But after then was pushed down by one of the contractor all the way to ground floor. This is the 10% of the dream that I could remember. Once upon a time in Korea

Once upon a time, A teenager, 18 year old boy made a dream, a really long dream. He entered the dreamland in the early september of 2010. His mission was to experience a student life without friends by his side supporting him because he thought he will be left alone without all his friends who has been supporting him for the 3 years in poly. Instead, he met 2 comrades in the first month, these 2 have been a pillar of strength for him. Phrasing it again, these 2 are the best mates he ever had in his life. 2 days to London - Cambridge

2 more days to my summer journey in UK. The news came in March from SMU that I am chosen to go to Cambridge University for a term summer exchange in the month of July. I was on clouds nine upon receiving the email. It felt surreal and exciting. This would be my first time in England. The thought of studying in one of the best universities in the world, visiting Manchester and reliving those exchange moments once again. As I collect my heart and emotions for this trip, I just feel that I couldnt set it on the right note. Not sure if the trip is too short, uncertainty over the trip, financial concerns, relationships, dog or simply aging reasons - I was not as excited as I was when I travelled to Korea for a 4 months exchange 6 years ago.
