2 more days to 4 months holiday!

2 more days to sum up my year 1 of studies. It seems 2 semesters pass off pretty quickly here, I cant wait for that 4 months of break to happen. A 4 months which I can finally call my own ever since 2011 where I totally had no legal breaks with NS and school immediately right after. 28 April, Korea trip feels so near yet so far. For now, I would like to tell myself I have been striving hard in both semesters and all these will come to an end in 2 days. I am more fortunate in my sem 2 than sem 1 with a better mix of team members which I enjoy working with. I know its hard to score well in SMU with the competitive environment. Even a 82/100 was not good enough to be the top 25% for an A grade. 90 was the score. With a faster pace environment, newer things to learn and more competitive students, it will be a tough fight. Please give me strength to pull myself through especially tuesday which I have to complete 2 exam papers in a day. May the force be with me. Alex you can do it!

3 runs in 24 hours

The pervasion of obesity has prompted me to keep myself healthier through running. I have lost count on the last time I ran consistently of once or twice a day. I have also lost my ability to feel the wind rushing pass my body with an incapable sprinting speed now. I miss that 'flying' moment I once had and I will try to regain it back. I am happy to start my daily routine of running twice a day, its a good start of 10mins per run of 2km which I used to clock 8mins for that. While I am hopeful to lose some weights, I may lose sight and motivation easily. Just run, Alex.
