I feel like sleeping~

Yo! I am back from work.
Nowadays.. i have been blogging about my work here and there.
Lol. i only jus realised that.



Oh well , anw ,
an interesting thing happen today,
At around 8.10pm ,
there was a china woman calling in ,
complaining about the bill cycle thing that is worth $5.42.
For today , that was my first and last bill cycle call.
So i die die also not going to waive for her.
And she was so persistent that she talked to me for 32 mins.
Its okay for me , cos i have 50 mins left to talk to her.
And i am failing my call stats anw. lol



Okay , its normal for her to quarrel with me over this additional charges.
But another funny thing is that she want me to help her extend her contract for 3 days.
Normally , people want to end their contract asap.
But this fellow , want to extend it.
I mute my mic and started laughing.


AND.. she also think like as if i own starhub.
Cos this system is implemented on all customers.
And she ask if i can help to change her bill date back to last time.
LOL. i immediately mute my mic again and started laughing like mad.



So we talk talk until 8.42pm.
32 mins call.
And is either i persuaded her or she finally gave up.
So she decided to drop the case. LOL.



Okay thats all for today.
I feel so weird to work on sunday especially is until 9pm.
Oh well gonna wake up at 6am tml.
Working from 8am to 5.30 next week.

Dream, Episode 1.

Words as honourable as it is sometimes may not be the actual truth of what we think subconciously, but dream does reflect the honest feeling of how we are feeling about ourselves and life. Last night, I had a dream on elevator. I was in it with my sister, we were taking it back to our storey.. However the elevator did not get us on to the indicated floor which we wanted and even got us over the limit of the building of 25th floor. The block was having construction on lift as it is increasing the level of storeys hence the elevator eventually reach on to the wrong floor at 40+ floor. After then, we were stuck there for awhile, panicing if we have to get out of the elevator and slowly climb the ladder down. But after then was pushed down by one of the contractor all the way to ground floor. This is the 10% of the dream that I could remember. Once upon a time in Korea

Once upon a time, A teenager, 18 year old boy made a dream, a really long dream. He entered the dreamland in the early september of 2010. His mission was to experience a student life without friends by his side supporting him because he thought he will be left alone without all his friends who has been supporting him for the 3 years in poly. Instead, he met 2 comrades in the first month, these 2 have been a pillar of strength for him. Phrasing it again, these 2 are the best mates he ever had in his life. One is an american, another an african. and of cos with the boy, an asian. The widest spread of combination one ever can have. Among anywhere else in the world, these 3 indifferent people with different ethnicity, culture, values and belief met in a country call korea. 2 days to London - Cambridge

2 more days to my summer journey in UK. The news came in March from SMU that I am chosen to go to Cambridge University for a term summer exchange in the month of July. I was on clouds nine upon receiving the email. It felt surreal and exciting. This would be my first time in England. The thought of studying in one of the best universities in the world, visiting Manchester and reliving those exchange moments once again. As I collect my heart and emotions for this trip, I just feel that I couldnt set it on the right note. Not sure if the trip is too short, uncertainty over the trip, financial concerns, relationships, dog or simply aging reasons - I was not as excited as I was when I travelled to Korea for a 4 months exchange 6 years ago. Nonetheless, I am looking forward to the 50 day UK trip. First 20 days with my long old buddy touring England and Scotland. Thereafter, 30 days on my own at Cambridge.
