我又生病了! Sian , sick again. Feeling so weak and tired during work today. My throat is still dry , making me unable to talk clearly. Going out with charmaine buddy this thursday yo and zoo , chalet next week. Need to recover faster , or else i will be feeling pathetic. Though i am sick , but i am still happy. Cos tml is pay day! LOL. But the pay is only part of it , not much. Next pay day will be last week of october. And thats like 1 more month to go. Sian. No pay. Me sad. Tomorrow is Hari Raya! Alright. I guess i am too stressed up with this job. I cant even do my opening speech properly for most of my calls today. Especially my name.. I dunno why. Wow. 时间过的真快 一转眼 1 week pass le. What a day. Total of 50+ calls. Not many.. Today , i got a surprising call. Not irritating or good ones.. But a call from my neighbour. YES! Its the Official launch of VTV today! VTV = Vannathirai TV. From the name , u can tell its a tamil channel. LOL. And as expected , there are so many cuties calling in.. and saying.. Wee I am happy!~ I first time set my call records of 103 calls today! in 8 and 1/2 hours , 510 mins , 30600seconds. LOL. I was determined to chiong and pass my call stats today. I jus wanted to have like 10 calls per hour only , but i was very fortunate that at the early period of the day , there wasnt many irritating and difficult customers to deal with. But still , its inevitable that there will be some difficult customers who purposely pick on u and request for a $2.50 refund through cheque -_-" I am also quite blessed to work in this line. I am able to see how different people in this world is like especially when they are not in face to face situation. And also another path to train my temper. I admit that i am inpatient often so this will be a good way to train my patience. I will be working everyday this week including my 2 days off too. I requested from sandy and she allowed , i thought she will just give me a bao jin tian face and reject me but i guess my call stats moved...

Oh well. Its monday again. I have to admit that time flies. Last monday , i was still complaining that how bad was monday for work and blah blah blah. And now , 1 week have passed. Furthermore, Its the end of september already. which marks 3 weeks more to o levels exam. Thinking back to last year , I was the one who is sitting for this exam ; My sec teacher was right. He said.. " Enjoy the experience when u study for o levels , its a once in a lifetime experience " He was right , if u ask me to recall which paper i took on which date , i wun be able to remember. But , if u ask me how tough it was , chionging my studies. I will definitely be able to explain to u in details. Yo! I am back from work. Nowadays.. i have been blogging about my work here and there. Lol. i only jus realised that. Oh well , anw , an interesting thing happen today, At around 8.10pm , there was a china woman calling in , complaining about the bill cycle thing that is worth $5.42. For today , that was my first and last bill cycle call. So i die die also not going to waive for her. And she was so persistent that she talked to me for 32 mins. Its okay for me , cos i have 50 mins left to talk to her. And i am failing my call stats anw. lol Okay , its normal for her to quarrel with me over this additional charges. But another funny thing is that she want me to help her extend her contract for 3 days. Normally , people want to end their contract asap. But this fellow , want to extend it. I mute my mic and started laughing. AND.. she also think like as if i own starhub. Cos this system is implemented on all customers. And she ask if i can help to change her bill date back to last time. LO...

Heya ; blogging during work again. Sunday is the most slack and most sian day. Shouldnt i be happy? But ; i feel so retarded sitting at my desk and waiting for calls. Until now ; from 11.30am till now ; i only handled 25 calls. That is pathetic... lol. Is not that i dun wan pick up ; but the prob is that not many calls are coming in. And most of the calls are mobile calls when i am from the cable tv and maxonline department. I am offered a part time job at starhub after my contract ends on 12th october. Only 5 pple are selected for this offer among the 28 pple who are working currently. This part time job , i have to commit for at least 22 hours per week. Though it isnt that much compared to 42.5hrs that i am currently working now , but.. thinking of it , when sch reopens , 22 hrs is quite alot. Cos tuesday , i have piano practical. 18th September 2008 , Thursday Today is a great day cos its my off day! I slept till 11am. One word. shiok. lol. Went to zhi wei hse at 12 plus to mess up his house. Then we were discussing about our and others results. And i found out , most of my sec sch pple got more than a gpa of 3. and some even got 4 -_-" Zhi wei also found out that he was in the director list which means top 15%. He got 3.7 so its like kind of confirm will get top 15% one la. Then i try logging in my acc to check if i am in the director list too. And i found out i am.. lol i was dam surprised la.. cos my score is very average , 3.4 and still able to get into the director list. I guess this is the first time ever i got into top 15% for academic results. Maybe i am the one that is just nice the last few in it. 16th September 2008 , Tuesday Just reached home. As usual , work today from 11.30 to 9. Not many calls today. One that made an impact is about a customer calling in to complain about this new bill cycle system which is jus 3 dollars plus for him. Cos of this , he quarrelled with me for 10 mins and wanna cancel it off. He want me to cancel yet raise his voice. What an idiot -_-" So to make him sound like a loser , i said.. 15th September 2008 , Monday Okay i am back from work. and... I am pretty exhausted at the moment. cos of all the calls i encountered today. Didnt started the day with a good note , was almost late for work , cos i reached buona vista station at 11.18pm , so chiong and took a cab with my group mates to workplace , jus nice reach at 11.27am. Started work at 11.30am. Calls were coming in continously , without anytime for a water break. Its a monday so i was kind of expecting high call rate already.. Had my 15 mins tea break at 1.30pm. Then go back and pick up calls after that. Went for dinner break at 4pm , had chicken rice. I guess i was too hungry cos i find like as if this was the best chicken rice i even had. lol. Calls were slowing down for a little bit from 5 to 6pm. But 6pm onwards , the calls are coming in like crazy , like as if there are free gifts and everyone is chionging for it. lol. 14th september 2008 , Sunday Here i am blogging while working. Hope that i dun get caught =X Today not many calls coming in. From 9am till now , only gotten 20 plus calls. 13th September 2008 , Saturday Hey blog blog , i am back. Yesterday was quite a busy day for me. I worked from 9 to 6.30 and i was very sian and tired yesterday during work. Not many calls coming in then slack there and wait for call. Like 1 hour 3 to 5 calls only... and that makes me inactive = sleepy. Then at night , went for the da ai concert from taiwan with my sis. 10th September 2008 , Wednesday. Today as usual work at starhub. from 9 to 6.30. Meet up with marcus , jeanette and melissa at buona vista mrt. We thought we are gonna be late cos when we board the bus 91 its already 8.43 le. And we have to login into the system and pick up the first call before 9am. Luckily , lady luck is on our side. we alighted the bus at 8.54am and chiong to the office and reached there at 8.56am. Enough time for me to settle down and pick up the first call of the day. haha. I pray hard when the first call came , hoping that it will be a short and sweet one. And it was XDD. However for today , most of the calls that i received today lasted me for around 30 mins per call. When we have to hit at least 9 calls per hour.. so its pressurising. I learn alot today though about the system and also communication skills. 9th September 2008 , tuesday i am blogging at the 9th night of september. Today is my first day that i officially have a starhub id which means today is also the first day that i start to pick up calls from customer. I will remember today when i finally realise its not easy to earn money. Adults always say that its better to study than work. I finally understand why today. I started launching my first call at 1.30pm. The first call was from a lady call khin who is a die hard fan of starhub and request for special discount. 6th September 2008 , Saturday Its 3.44am now and i am still awake. I know its no big deal okay.. But i am really tired.. Zhi wei ton-ing at my house now. He using the other com while i use my laptop. I am really tired... Wanted to rest at home today. But was kind of bored so went to kbox to practice singing alone. Sang for 5 hours and i guess i sing more than 90 songs? He came over my house to chit chat awhile then we went to mac to have something to eat. Then went to pool. Waited for around 30 mins. 4th September 2008 , Thursday After 3 days of training , Its time for listening attachment today. We were attached to a mentor each and started listening to calls. About how staffs answer calls all that. I am attached to dickson. He is totally 2 person on the phone and off-phone. lmao And though its boring at times but there are some entertaining calls which can lights up my mood. LOLS.
