a 19 young chap doing what now?



Finally getting back to this blog.
Thank god.
I was unable to post anything, was thinking could be a maintainence that blogger is experiencing, but it went on for about 2 weeks. Nearly pushed me to the wall to stop blogging, but well glad that i am back here thanks to the millions answers google provides. Just change your browser if you are encountering such problem too. Coming to this context,
If you are asking me.. what am i doing now.
I cant give you an answer, because i dont have one too.
But maybe i am able to figure something out from here today.

1) Gym
2) Swimming
3) Running
4) Squash

Hence this category we call it Exercise?
Slim Up & Muscle Up sounds nicer.
Coming up, I may be doing Fishing.

Going on...

5) Piano Self Learn
6) Read Books

Normally i do this at night from 9 to 11,
we call it Music & Books.
If sometimes I dont reply on msn during this timing, u know the reason now :)

Those are my routines..continuing..

7) YouthCentral
A new media&print website that I am working on with a team passionate in this too. We love to get people who enjoys in the media field like Photography, Shootings or Writing articles, having a column, or even to dream of being a DJ, we let you live it up with us first. We are also looking into music field, on promoting local budding talents and also to promote the classical symphony music for soothing music when everyone needs them once in a while. That was one of the reason why I quitted my current job and decided not to work, because since 16, this has been my passion. We only live once, live it up. Thats my true definition of, get a life.

And last..

8) Volunteer activities
Ok you may be surprised, I know I dont look like. But I do hide many things. I have been in this volunteer organisation, Tzu Chi since I was 11. Hmm, 9 years we call it here. Its a buddhist organisation that i can say isnt pro buddhist because we welcome even christians coming in, but for sure there is a common goal.. Contribute to the society, Charity work and Save Earth. They also practice the art of hand sign language. I also picked up some hand sign language there and performed before, yea its a miracle rite.. But its me alex yoong. I wasnt active, theoritcally for past 4 years for some reasons I stopped. Realised the importance now, I dont wish to say much. But stop for awhile, look at how many disasters are there outta right now. We are also considering small ones like floods in indonesia and malaysia. You may not notice, but they are coming in. I always believe in one thing, what we took, we return. Earth gave us a place, without us asking permission. Its call theft right.. what we can do now, is to give back, help this earth.

Despite all the fun, I admit I am homesick. A common cycle one will go through in a different environment '4H': Honeymoon-Homesick-Hate-Homesweethome. Missing my mum alot. A scene today when i passed by a temple, saw an old lady, probably in her 60s. Could barely find a black hair on her, could say all white. Me and my friend, both of us were looking around for directions. Happen to met her, showed a benevolence face with wrinkles and of about 150 height. Somehow somewhere i could find a resemblance of my mum. I looked at her closely, and the thought of that mother would aged like her one day killed my strong front that i have to put. I was secretly tearing out of nowhere. She just resemble my mum alot, not very much on the look but the way she talk to us and how nice she was. Everyone ages, many know this but dont understand and i dont too. We can do all we want in life but there is a time limit to filal piety. I just think i am not a good enough son.

We had once upon a time...

Once upon a time, There was a village where some humans are equipped with wings and unfortunately some do not. There was an ordinary little boy who is one of the unfortunate ones without the wings, he was playing in the backyard of his village, he was running around with butterflies. Running after those butterflies, made him ran further and further from his village, he soon discovered a cliff. The little boy was curious what lies at the bottom of the cliff, as he went closer to the edge of the cliff, he then soon realised it is a very deep end, where he could hardly see any visible sights of ground. Then came a gentle female voice that seems to come from the bottom of the cliff, "Hello, you are? Wanna be friends?" The little boy made friends with the anonymous voice from the bottom of the cliff and came by often to the cliff to chat with her. Decision.

A dream that may turn into reality. Nothing much today, Same old routine at home. However, another big decision i have to make. About the Singapore Youth Flying Club. It all started with my friend, shawn. I have not played habbo for sometime, around two months. Also, i have not keep in touch with my habbo friends, whatevers clique since January until last week. But due to my curiosity i went back to habbosoup to help and engage myself in habbo everyday for at least 10 mins per day. Then, on saturday, 4th April, i happen to met one of my friend in the whatevers clique, shawn. He suddenly talked about PPL. Then engaged me to know more about it. He then told me SYFC - Singapore Youth Flying Club, that he is going there to apply for flying application. After he said that, i recalled 2 years back, my maths tuition teacher did told me about the youth flying club and urged me to join.
