Okay, i have found myself eating excessive now even when i am full, its just irritating when my mouth starts to itch. So.. i am gonna go back to diet.

SAY NO to...

1) Fried Food
2) Soft Drinks
3) Wine
4) Cupcakes
5) Salt
6) Frozen dinner
7) Bread
8) Soya food
9) Less Carbs - Rice, Noodles, Potatoes...
10) Bubble Teas
11) Buffet
12) Western Food
13) Big portion of meal


EAT MORE...

1)Blueberries
2) Broccoli
3) Vitamin rich fruit and vegetables

Okay, lets give this a name, call it.. Alex Diet Diet List.
Okay, from now onwards, i will be obeying all the Alex Diet Diet List!
