3 runs in 24 hours



The pervasion of obesity has prompted me to keep myself healthier through running. I have lost count on the last time I ran consistently of once or twice a day. I have also lost my ability to feel the wind rushing pass my body with an incapable sprinting speed now. I miss that 'flying' moment I once had and I will try to regain it back. I am happy to start my daily routine of running twice a day, its a good start of 10mins per run of 2km which I used to clock 8mins for that. While I am hopeful to lose some weights, I may lose sight and motivation easily. Just run, Alex.
