That Pilot Dream
It has been sometime since I last updated. Here to pen a significant event happening tomorrow in my life. Its my 2nd round interview to a pilot job interview with group assessment. I understand I have my strengths and weaknesses during group discussion. My strength would primarily comprises of my ability to listen and make connections with occasionally some creative juice in the idea element. I always put on nice smiles to make other people feel comfortable. I tend to explore situations and possibilities deeper after hearing everyone's opinions. However, my weaknesses are that I tend to feel intimidated easily with people who I feel are more competent than me. I would try my best to overpower them. But with this gesture, I can be easily seen as an aggressive individual. This would make me score badly on the assessor's checklist.
